In addition to access to your reserved office space, Member Benefits Include:

• Members can book office space hourly and in 7-hour or full day time blocks.
• Hourly rates: $75 monthly, first 14 hours $25/hour, then $20/hour after that. Subject to availability.
• 7-hour block $375/month. All day $475/month. (Extra time at $20/hour) • Group room rate from $35/hour for members

A: Spaces are booked through the Center You mobile app which allows you to book spaces, pay invoices, create trouble tickets, make announcements and connect with your fellow members as well as staff.

Q: What amenities are included in the rental?
A: Amenities include:

Fully furnished, private offices
Comfortable waiting rooms for clients
Wi-Fi and utilities
Complimentary tea, and water
Ample public parking available or easy public transit access

Q: Is the building ADA-compliant?
A: Yes, Center You is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible entrances, restrooms, and elevators.

Q: How is client privacy maintained?
A: We ensure client privacy through secure, coded entry systems, and private waiting areas. Our policies align with HIPAA regulations to protect sensitive information.

Q: Is there secure storage for my belongings?
A: Yes, Center You offers secure storage options for smaller, non-furniture items. However, Exclusive Members who reserve access to a full-time, dedicated monthly space are free to furnish their spaces with their own furniture.

Q: Is a Center You Membership expensive?
A: Membership costs vary based on how often and how long you use our space (visit our pricing page for details). That said, Center You offers competitive pricing that aligns with other spaces in the area, providing great value for mental health professionals.

Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: There are no hidden fees. Utilities, cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental cost. However, a refundable security deposit is required.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Payments can be set up as recurring for convenience. Additionally, the Center You mobile app allows member to setup auto pay if they wish.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: For hourly or daily bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Monthly leases require 30 days notice for termination.

Q: Can I decorate the office space?
A: Yes, you may bring small decor items to personalize your office space. Exclusive Members with full-time monthly offices may discuss additional customization and furnishing options with management.

Q: Can I display my business signage?
A: We provide signage options for Exclusive Members, including directory listings and door plaques.
